Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moonrise Organics. Our products are handcrafted and packed in small batches, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or other especially busy periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and begin once your package has been accepted by the carrier. Moonrise Organics cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care in packing every Moonrise order. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moonriseorganics@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the package and affected item when applicable so we can help make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at moonriseorganics@gmail.com and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
